I just love love love love peonies.  I did a set of three peonies painting right after I came back from Boston when peonies were blooming everywhere! I went to HEB Blooms floral once I was back and to ny delight and surprise sure enough -there was  bouquets of pink peonies -so I grabbed them up and painted them in a set of three . Here is one of three and I’m calling it Dancing Peonies”  because I love how the little stems curve around! My mom used to grow peonies in her garden and they are so delicate and the petals are so fragile but their sheer beauty to look at!
