About the Artist

Hello,

Thank you for visiting and welcome!

I'm Jill Haglund, a local Corpus Christi, Texas artist and art instructor whom owns a registered Texas business called TweetyJill Designs, LLC.

My passion is painting expressive floral still life in bold colors using acrylics, oils, watercolor and mixed media.

Here you will see an offering of original art work and greeting cards called 'Expressive Florals'.

I've been very fortunate to have completed extensive training with GOLDEN Paints and SILVER BRUSH LIMITED to earn the privilege of becoming a 'Certified Golden Artist Educator' and a 'Certified Silver Brush Educator'.

If  you're interested in taking online painting classes, I have an online platform, with my artist friend, Annie O'Brien Gonzales at www/letspaointflowers.com

We both have partnered with  Texas floral marketer Lone Star Living Bouquet to paint and instruct painting flowers online!

Our floral courses are educational and LOTS of fun with low-pressure step-by-step lessons featuring painting a 'fresh floral still life' with Lone Star Living Seasonal Bouquets, available at all the HEB Grocery Stores in Texas.

If you do no live in Texas - don't fret- you can use our 'printable class reference photos' of the bouquet or even resource your own similar floral bouquet or favorite flowers to paint.

Annie and I both use and recommend our favorite professional-grade products:

Golden Acrylic Paints and Silver Brush Limited Bristlon Brushes.

We are continually adding courses to Letspaintflowers.com teaching platform, so check it out on a regular basis or sign up for our newsletter to receive latest class information.

The last few months a new series, "Inspired by the Masters", was added featuring Post-Impressionist Master artists:  Henri Matisse, Paul Cezanne as well as Vincent Van Gogh.

We would love to have you visit www.letspaint flowers.com and add joy and fun to your life by learning to paint!

Hope to see you there- online with us!
